INSTRUCTORS
The Maryland Instructional Program is responsible for training and recertifying all referees within the state. These responsibilities include training new referees (Entry Level Courses), annual In-Service Clinics for currently licensed referees, Intermediate and Advanced Referee Clinics and Referee fitness testing. The Instructional Program also oversees the instruction of all other programs within the state and works closely with Maryland's Assessment Program in an effort to help referees develop and advance their skills to the highest level.
