USL Referee Day
Maryland Soccer Referees and Real Maryland Monarchs are teaming up to bring you an opportunity to attend a Real Maryland game at a reduced price and, in addition, a chance to talk to the officiating crew immediately after the match. Real Maryland Monarchs are Maryland's USL Professional League Div. 2 team.

Real Maryland is offering a $5.00 (33%) discount on admission tickets for any referee attending this game. Normal admission price for adults is $15.00 each. For this game, referees and their families can purchase tickets for just $10.00 each.
Immediately following the game, referees and families can adjourn to a classroom, which will be provided at the school, and be joined by the officiating crew from that match to discuss the game.
This is an opportunity for you to attend a Pro match, spend less on tickets and concessions, get FREE PARKING, and get the opportunity to talk with the Professional Referee crew immediately following the match. Richard Montgomery HS is an excellent venue and the USL provides an excellent level of soccer that is sure to entertain.

Fitness Testing
State level fitness testing has been scheduled for the following date. One additional fitness test will be administered during the Fall months. Referees needing to pass a fitness test in order to upgrade or for grade maintenance should plan to attend one of these. These are the scheduled fitness tests:

DC United Referee Days
Maryland Soccer Referees and DC United are teaming up to bring you two opportunities to attend a DC United game at a reduced price and, in addition, a chance to talk to the officiating crew immediately after the match.
Your tickets will seat you in a special section at RFK Stadium along with other referees from Maryland, DC and Virginia. After the match, you will be taken to a meeting room at the stadium and the officiating crew will talk about the match and will answer any questions that you have about the game. This is a great opportunity to hear what these professional referees see on the field as well as why and how they handled certain events.
