All fees are on a per player basis. There are no team fees.
| Premier Player Registration | $20.00 |
| Recreational Player Registration | $17.00 |
| Guest Player Registration | $ 7.00 |
- The registration period runs from 1 September 2011 to 31 August 2012.
- The fee is for the entire year and collected only once, regardless of the number of seasons that are played in a league.
- League fees are set by the individual leagues.
- The insurance fee includes the liability policy for league, team & facility as well as the participant accidental for players.
- Guest Player Registration is limited for league or tournament play, no longer than a 3-day period. It may not be used for cup play.
- Fees include registration with USSF & USASA.
