- The registration period runs from 1 September 2010 to 31 August 2011.
- The fee is for the entire year and collected only once, regardless of the number of seasons that are played in that year.
- League fees are set by the individual leagues.
- The insurance fee includes the liability policy for league, team & facility as well as the secondary medical policy for players.
