| Game Administration: |
| Review roster and verify player passes (players not eligible without passes). |
| Grace period: 15 minutes for local teams, 30 minutes for teams traveling 30 miles. |
| Minimum of seven players needed to start match. |
| Substitutions for Nationals Cups: FIFA rule with maximum of 7 substitutions allowed (no re-entry). |
| Subsititions for State Cups: Unlimited and players may re-enter match. |
| Notify opposing coach/manager of any intentions from other team to protest match. |
| Passes returned to coach/manager after match, including players ejected. |
