Rules of the Competiton:

are eligible to participate in each match.
Rosters are to be submitted at the site prior to a team’s first match.
2.
Clubs may use a maximum of ten (10) guest players;
the remaining players on the roster must be registered with the club.
Guest players are defined as players registered from the same league as
the participating club. A team may
not use a player registered from any of the other participants nor may it use a
player registered in a league other than its own.
3.
Matches will be 60 minutes in length.
In group matches, three (3) points will be awarded for a victory and one
(1) point for a tie. The final match will be 90 minutes in length.
If the final match ends in a tie, a thirty-minute overtime period will be
played to its entirety. If it is
still tied, the match will be decided by penalty kicks.
4.
For group play, the first tiebreaker will be
head-to-head competition. If more
than two teams are tied, then matches played among those tied teams will
determine head-to-head play. The
second tiebreaker will be goal differential.
The third tiebreaker will be goals scored.
If two teams are still tied, then a 15 minute extra game will be played
between the two sides, decided by penalty kicks if necessary.
If three teams within a group are tied, all three teams will play a
penalty kick tiebreaker. A draw
will be made to determine which goalkeeper will defend shots against which team.
The team with the most goals after five kicks will be declared the group
winner. If all three are still
tied, extra rounds will continue until one of the following occurs: a single
winner is determined or a single team is eliminated.
If two teams are tied, then the two survivors will start a new penalty
kick round.
